Travel - Interim Director of Nursing - Long Term Care

Join our not-for-profit organization with over 100 years of dedicated service to seniors in a Christian environment. We are seeking a Travel - Interim Director of Nursing - Long Term Care to provide temporary leadership across multiple facilities.

Position Details
  • Location: Remote, ND (Central Time)
  • Shift: Day
  • Full-time: Yes
  • Weekly Hours: 40
Responsibilities
  • Provide temporary nursing leadership and support in long-term care facilities.
  • Administer nursing programs to maintain resident care standards.
  • Facilitate geriatric care process improvements.
  • Ensure quality of care and compliance with regulations.
  • Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and clinical operations.
  • Travel to facilities in CO, IA, KS, MN, ND, NE, and SD as needed.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; graduate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years nursing experience.
  • Current unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure.
  • Experience with rural health, HUD, or assisted living is a plus.
