Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director to oversee Stores, Selling Centers and Cross Dock locations in the Northeast market, with travel across the region.

The role focuses on growth, efficiency, profitability and market share while guiding budgets, advertising, staffing and training. You will coach DMs/GM, monitor store operations for OSHA safety, compile performance reports for the COO, and ensure compliance with regional regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Five years of progressive management experience in retail or construction.
• Experience leading managers and multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees DMs/GMs to maximize efficiency, profitability, and safety.
• Reviews store operations and provides feedback to executives.
• Assists in annual budgeting and forecasting for the region.
• Ensures OSHA safety and regulatory compliance across stores.
• Jointly manages advertising, staffing, training, and performance goals.
• Leads regional leadership and drives sales goals for products and services.
