AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO, is seeking a Learning and Development leader to shape and oversee strategic development initiatives across the organization.

You will align programs, drive professional development, and measure impact, partnering with executives to build capability, resilience, and a culture of continuous improvement. This full-time, day-shift role offers growth within a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Learning, Organizational Development, Education, Business, Healthcare or related field.
• 1+ year as a master facilitator.
• 3+ progressive management experience leading teams.
• 5+ management experience (preferred).
• 7+ experience with curriculum development, corporate learning or adult education (preferred).

Responsabilités

• Aligns development and execution of initiatives with tracking and reporting.
• Develops and oversees internal professional development programs.
• Manages assessment of organizational needs using data to identify gaps and risks.
• Facilitates strategic learning initiatives through phased workstreams.
• Keeps informed on industry trends via research and data analysis.
• Communicates findings and recommendations to improve resources.
• Leads and monitors performance outcomes and program utilization.
• Establishes metrics for accountability and tracks utilization.
• Provides strategic consulting and bridges gaps in learning strategies.
• Develops continuous improvement processes with regional CPO.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to align learning objectives.
• Ensures goals are achieved within scope and timeline.
• Other duties as assigned.
