AdventHealth is seeking a senior learning and development professional to shape and execute development strategies across our organization. You will lead teams, build partnerships with educational institutions, and advance learning initiatives to close skill gaps in a dynamic healthcare environment.

You will analyze workforce data, design programs, and partner with leadership to deliver impactful career development and learning solutions across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of learning in healthcare.
• Support analysis of workforce data to optimize learning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Executive-level presentation/facilitation skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong project management.
• Able to establish partnerships and relationships.
• Think strategically to develop practical solutions.
• Knowledge of change management best practices.
• Knowledge of learning theories is preferred.
• Experience with career development methodologies is preferred.
• Knowledge of education programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Leads projects to execute learning initiatives and programs.
• Builds alliances with external providers and educational institutions.
• Analyzes learning needs and supports regional teams to address gaps.
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of learning practices.
• Acts as strategic partner to drive organizational change through learning.
• Sets goals and measures outcomes of educational programs.
• Conducts needs assessments for learning requirements.
• Develops and curates learning programs to support career pathways.
• Creates metrics to measure impact of learning initiatives.
• Provides feedback to leaders to improve learning strategies.
• Collaborates with senior management to design and deliver learning solutions.
