AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO is seeking a full-time RN Educator to act as a change agent for house-wide education initiatives and to manage quality and regulatory projects. You will advance clinical care by integrating policies and standards, and develop educational programs aligned with regulatory requirements.

The role partners with leadership and educators to enhance patient care, mentors nursing students and new associates, and utilizes evidence-based practice to inform content.

Qualifications

• RN with active license and BLS certification.
• Experience in staff development or academic teaching.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice and adult learning theory.

Responsibilities

• Act as change agent supporting house-wide education initiatives.
• Manage quality and regulatory projects for compliance and improvement.
• Advance clinical care by integrating policies and standards into practice.
• Develop, implement and evaluate educational programs per regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership, educators, and nurses to enhance patient care quality.
• Mentor and develop nursing students and new associates.
