Responsibilities

• Assume training and development responsibilities for new Resident General Managers.
• Conduct performance reviews and improvement plans for direct reports.
• Analyze financial information, guest satisfaction, and associate satisfaction for trends.
• Perform asset evaluations to protect owner’s assets.
• Ensure long-range plans are in place at all hotels under directive.
• Investigate problems in hotel operations.
• Prepare reports for management decisions and evaluations.
• Uphold brand standards.
