Inspire Communities is seeking a seasoned Regional Manager to oversee multiple manufactured housing communities, drive operational excellence, and align sites with corporate objectives. You will lead teams, optimize processes, manage budgets, and uphold safety and Fair Housing standards.

This role demands strategic planning, mentoring of leaders, and hands-on collaboration across operations, customer service, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to policies, health and safety regulations, and Fair Housing compliance.
• Oversee resident payment agreements, charges, and credits.
• Develop and monitor operational strategies and regional budgets.
• Mentor community leaders and drive recruitment and professional development.
