Job summary

RHP Properties, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of manufactured home communities. You will mentor Community Managers, drive financial performance, and ensure safety and appearance across sites.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, analytical skills, and the ability to travel between communities. Competitive compensation with bonus opportunities is offered in support of growth and retention.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years multisite management experience.
• Manufactured home communities experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or college certification preferred; HS diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee rent collections, delinquencies, rent increases, and evictions following laws and policy.
• Hire, train, and motivate the Community Manager; administer discipline with proper documentation.
• Lead community visits to ensure maintenance, safety, and appearance of grounds and homes.
• Analyze budgets and variances; assist in operating budgets and financial planning.
• Review reports for accuracy; ensure timely reporting to corporate and action on discrepancies.
• Coordinate accounts payable and manage onsite staff timesheets and payroll records.
• Support retention and promote listing programs to improve occupancy and revenue.
• Travel between communities as required to manage operations.
