Alpha is seeking a Director of Community Relations to drive enrollment growth in key regions by building personal relationships and hosting community events. You will design gatherings, recruit ambassadors, and partner with officials and executives to open new campuses. Strong CRM discipline and budget ownership are essential.

The role requires regular local travel and evening/weekend hosting across multiple major U.S. cities, with a compensation level around six figures plus robust benefits.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years of experience growing a community or client base through relationships with measurable results.
• Experience designing and running a large number of gatherings with budget responsibility.
• Established relationships with elected officials or senior executives with verifiable outcomes.

• Plan and deliver multiple gatherings monthly across cities, including events and family retreats.
• Secure venues, hosts and vendors and personally host events.
• Recruit parent ambassadors and match them with families touring schools.
• Build relationships with public officials and business leaders to support campus openings.
• Connect families with mentors, masterclasses and internships; welcome graduates into alumni networks.
• Record gatherings and introductions in a CRM with accurate attribution data.
