Job summary

Verida Inc. is seeking a Regional Director for the DC region to oversee all NET contracted services, including call center operations, provider network management, compliance, and quality control. This role ensures contract performance and uninterrupted service to beneficiaries.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, develop operational policies, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and drive continuous quality improvements while coordinating with stakeholders and regional agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in Executive and/or Operational Management.
• Proven track record in contract management and ability to analyze and control complex operations.
• Experience directing staff in day-to-day office operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NET regional office operations and contract performance.
• Develop and implement systems to monitor operational performance.
• Lead staff recruitment, development, and performance management.
• Control departmental expenditures within approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and KPIs.
• Monitor provider network status and communication with stakeholders.
• Drive continuous quality improvement and customer service metrics.
• Coordinate with regional agencies and NET providers.
