Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing network provider contracts and negotiations with business-result accountability.
• 5+ years pricing with financial modeling for rate decisions.
• 5+ years budgeting medical cost and admin expenses.
• 5+ years with group, agency and facility contracting, strategy and rate methodologies.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Excel used in contracting processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Contract Managers and senior staff across regions.
• Develop competitive networks for Commercial, Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Evaluate contract performance and identify cost savings opportunities.
• Review contract language for financial and legal impact of changes.
• Develop strategies for new products, implementations and recruitment.
• Communicate status of network development and contracting initiatives clearly.
