Job summary

Verida Inc. in Washington, DC seeks a Transportation Provider Network Manager to oversee the provider network within an assigned region.

You will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with federal/state requirements, and drive network performance and fiduciary responsibilities. Responsibilities include recruiting providers, educating them on success within the network, negotiating rates, coordinating credentialing, and partnering with compliance and dispatch teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience including vendor/contract management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated with initiative; able to work independently and under pressure.
• Commitment, accountability, and professional work ethic.
• Ability to reinforce and motivate a team in all aspects.
• High interpersonal skills for sensitive situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and flexible.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Clean driving record.
• Military and/or EMS background is a plus.
• Must pass a credit check.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new Providers to Verida network via meetings, email, and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Providers as a SME for network success.
• Educate Providers on being successful within Verida's network.
• Work with Providers on financials to maintain profitability.
• Guide Providers through the claims process when necessary.
• Negotiate fair contracted rates for Verida and Providers.
• Provide feedback to Providers on fleet efficiency and routing.
• Oversee onboarding and training for NEMT Providers per contract.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with NEMT Providers.
• Coordinate Provider applications, credentialing, and implementation.
• Collaborate with Compliance to ensure all requirements are met.
• Coordinate with Dispatcher Supervisor on trip volumes per demand.
• Create reports to assess Provider needs and network performance.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Facilitate Provider town hall meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
