Job summary

JETSET Pilates is seeking a Regional Director to translate strategy into execution across Minnesota and Texas. You will lead General Managers, develop leadership talent, and ensure top-tier client experiences while driving revenue and KPI targets.

The role is field-based with regular travel between Minnesota and Texas, reporting to senior leadership. You will shape regional operations, staffing, and profitability, fostering a data-driven, accountable culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-unit operations or regional leadership in fitness, hospitality, or membership-based services.
• Proven track record of leading General Managers and coaching teams across locations.
• Strong sales instincts with experience setting and achieving revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop General Managers and studio leadership across Minnesota and Texas, ensuring performance and culture.
• Own regional hiring, onboarding, training, and retention strategies for studio leadership.
• Manage regional operations, KPIs, and execution of brand standards and client experience.
• Drive revenue growth by optimizing memberships, conversions, retention, and re-engagement across markets.
• Partner with senior leadership to translate priorities into market-wide execution plans and reporting.
• Travel regularly between Minnesota and Texas to provide hands-on leadership and support.
