Job summary

Club Pilates Regional Manager oversees a portfolio of studios, driving performance, profitability, and member experience. You coach General Managers, set region-wide targets, and ensure brand standards across locations while guiding growth strategies and operational excellence.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, regular studio visits, performance reporting, and cross-functional collaboration to sustain growth, improve guest satisfaction, and maintain compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership across multiple locations in fitness, retail, hospitality, or similar sectors.
• Experience driving revenue, profitability, retention, and operational targets.
• Ability to coach General Managers and manage budgets, forecasts, and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Own regional performance against revenue, profitability, and member metrics.
• Translate company objectives into studio-specific monthly/quarterly targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers with weekly performance reviews.
• Review results, identify trends, and implement action plans with clear owners.
• Support acquisitions, new openings, and studio transitions as needed.
• Standardize sales processes, promotions, and member experience across region.
• Oversee operations, brand standards, and compliance across studios.
• Collaborate with Marketing, HR, and Finance on regional initiatives.
