Job summary

JETSET Pilates seeks a General Manager to lead our Cedar Park studio, drive growth, and cultivate team development. You will oversee daily operations, staff schedules, and marketing initiatives while maintaining exceptional client experiences.

In this role, you will manage performance metrics, recruit and mentor instructors, and ensure alignment with brand standards. Training through JETSET Pilates programs is required to lead by example and grow the studio team.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Ability to develop and execute local marketing initiatives.
• Experience analyzing KPIs and managing studio metrics.
• Willingness to undergo JETSET Pilates training program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and implement company-wide strategies.
• Ensure delivery of excellent customer service and align with service standards.
• Run reports and analyze key performance indicators (sales, utilization, retention, payroll).
• Develop and execute local marketing to drive client acquisition and studio goals.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Build relationships with local fitness communities and potential partners.
• Create and manage class and staff schedules.
• Oversee inventory for supplies and beverages; manage team meetings and events.
• Lead hiring of instructors and studio leads for growth.
• Drive studio performance on classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships.
