JETSET Pilates is seeking a General Manager in Texas to lead daily studio operations, drive growth, and manage teams. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day studio operations and implement company policies and procedures.
• Ensure customer service aligns with service standards and delivers a positive fitness experience.
• Run reports and analyze KPIs such as sales, utilization, retention, expenses, and payroll.
• Develop and execute local marketing to drive client acquisition and studio growth.
• Manage inquiries and maintain strong relationships with the local fitness community and partners.
• Create and maintain class and staff schedules; oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads.
