Job summary

CLEAR is seeking a Regional Director in Seattle to lead multiple airports, sports and events. You will set regional goals for security, service and sales, drive KPI performance, and mentor leaders while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires 75% travel and a strong, people-focused leadership style. Reporting to the VP of Operations, you will oversee salaried staff, forge stakeholder relationships, and push for operational excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Operations leadership.
• Multi-unit leadership experience.
• Customer-centric, data driven with sales experience.
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Must be able to complete a government background investigation.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of the business in a geographic region across airports, sports & events.
• Set goals and strategies to drive KPIs related to security, service and sales.
• Inspire and develop leaders and ambassadors across the region.
• Build and maintain relationships with Airport Leadership, TSA, Contractors, Vendors and CLEAR Team Members.
• Drive policy and procedural compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
• Identify gaps, issues and best practices to resolve operational challenges.
• Partner with the public affairs team for civic engagement opportunities.
