Responsibilities

• Direct and manage daily operations of regional community management teams.
• Develop and monitor regional budgets and financial performance.
• Inspire, mentor, and develop community managers and staff.
• Create and implement strategic regional plans for growth and efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with residents, boards, vendors, and internal partners.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Promote exceptional hospitality-minded customer service across all communities.
• Prepare and deliver timely regional reports.
