Sysco Riverside, Inc. is seeking a Director of Local Sales to join the senior sales leadership team. This role drives regional strategy, performance management, coaching, and deployment of the Local Sales Organization to grow sales, penetrate accounts, and deliver the region's financial plan.

Leadership responsibilities include coaching, team development, collaboration across districts, and aligning with corporate campaigns. Travel is minimal, up to 10% within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years managing professional sales team in foodservice
• 5+ years leading a B2B sales team with demonstrated success
• Experience in leadership, budgeting, and achieving sales targets

Responsabilités

• Lead District Sales Managers and sales associates to service local customers and deliver the financial plan
• Coach, train, and provide feedback to improve performance
• Drive collaborative team selling and contribute to customer engagement efforts
• Leverage Sysco's CRM tool for planning, forecasting, and engagement activities
• Support national campaigns and regional promotions and ensure execution of the CMP process
