Responsibilities

• Lead a group of District Sales Managers and associates to service and develop local customers within the region and deliver the financial plan.
• Provide coaching, training and performance feedback to improve associate performance.
• Drive collaborative team selling and leverage CRM to plan, prospect, and engage customers.
