Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials seeks a Regional Director of Learning Environments, Northwest, to grow the Lakeshore brand by building strong relationships with school districts, sites, and government partners. The role focuses on FF&E opportunities, capital projects, and strategic partnerships across the Northwest with substantial travel.

You will drive end-to-end sales, deliver CEU presentations, and coordinate with Inside and Outside Sales to maximize district adoption and project outcomes in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute for academia.
• 6 years of sales experience or equivalent in an education-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of K–12 FF&E procurement and vendor management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Salesforce; excellent communication.
• Ability to travel up to 50% and operate across multiple districts.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field with a focus on K–12 FF&E opportunities and district relationships.
• Own designated geographical area and drive end-to-end sales from lead to installation.
• Promote Lakeshore value proposition to customers at all levels and present CEUs.
• Attend bid openings, board meetings and steer bid responses with teams.
• Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales to align messaging and account plans.
• Host product presentations and events to familiarize customers with Lakeshore services.
• Travel within the territory to identify market opportunities and support customers.
