Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC is seeking a Regional Director of Learning Environments for the Northwest to secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with school districts, architecture and design firms, and government officials. You will travel up to 50% across the region, leading end-to-end sales from lead to installation in collaboration with regional and inside sales teams.

Bachelor’s degree preferred with 6 years of sales experience; strong A&D presentation skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; job-related experience may substitute.
• 6 years of sales experience or equivalent.
• K-12 FF&E procurement knowledge and A&D presentation experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication with excellent organization.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field focusing on K–12 FF&E opportunities.
• Own a designated geographical area and manage your business.
• Promote Lakeshore value proposition to customers at all levels.
• Attend bid openings and provide direction for bid responses.
• Own projects from lead generation through installation with sales teams.
• Collaborate with managers to delegate tasks and supervise project teams.
• Host product presentations and events to familiarize customers with services.
• Drive relationships with district leadership and other stakeholders.
