Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials, LLC seeks a Regional Director of Learning Environments, Northwest, to secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with district offices, schools, and partners. You will travel to assess trends, lead bid responses, and oversee major FF&E initiatives across your region.

The role requires robust sales and account management skills, strong presentation abilities, and the capacity to travel up to 50% to meet customers and attend conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may substitute.
• 6 years sales or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Understanding of K-12 FF&E procurement and A&D presentations (CEUs etc.).
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel within the territory, up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field focusing on K–12 FF&E opportunities and district/site relationships.
• Own designated geographic territory and drive the business.
• Promote Lakeshore value proposition to customers at all levels.
• Attend bid openings and provide bid response direction.
• Manage sales process from lead generation to installation with local teams.
• Collaborate with managers to delegate tasks within project teams.
• Host product presentations and events to familiarize customers with Lakeshore services.
• Engage district leadership to influence procurement decisions and CEU offerings.
• Support Outside and Inside Sales teams across regions to drive outcomes.
• Pursue bond and modernization opportunities within designated markets.
