Job summary

Lakeshore Learning Materials is seeking a Regional Director of Learning Environments, Midwest, to secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders across districts, colleges and design firms.

You will travel regionally to evaluate needs, present our FF&E solutions, and lead product demonstrations while collaborating with Inside and Outside Sales to drive large capital projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; job-related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
• 6 years of experience in sales or equivalent work experience.
• Background and understanding of K-12 furniture sales, A&D presentation experience (Product presentations, CEUs) required.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field across K–12 FF&E opportunities.
• Own your designated geographical area and drive revenue growth.
• Attend bid openings, board meetings and provide direction for bid responses.
• Lead product presentations and events to familiarize customers with Lakeshore services.
• Collaborate with Inside and Outside Sales teams to support regional opportunities.
• Travel within the territory up to 50% as needed.
