Lakeshore Learning Materials seeks a Regional Director of Learning Environments, Midwest to secure new and repeat business by building relationships with key customers and stakeholders. You will visit district offices, schools, colleges, design firms, and trade shows to assess needs and trends, while prospecting with government officials and administrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• 6 years of sales experience or equivalent.
• Background in K-12 FF&E procurement and A&D presentations.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Salesforce.
• Strong written and verbal communication; timely follow-up.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field across K–12 FF&E opportunities.
• Own designated geographical area and drive business growth.
• Promote Lakeshore value proposition to customers at all levels.
• Attend bid openings and provide bid response direction.
• Lead projects from lead generation to installation with teams.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and Inside Sales on tasks.
• Host product presentations and customer events.
• Influence districts and present CEUs when appropriate.
• Engage with district leadership and support regional teams.
• Pursue bonds, modernization and large capital projects.
