Job summary

Lakeshore is seeking a Regional Director of Learning Environments for the Midwest to secure new and repeat business by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. You will visit school districts, colleges, architecture firms and trade shows to assess needs and lead bids, working with local sales teams.

The role requires sharp presentation skills, robust project management, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region.

Qualifications

• 6 years of experience in sales or equivalent work experience.
• Background and understanding of K-12 furniture sales and A&D presentation experience (CEUs) required.
• Must travel up to 50% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build and secure sales in the field across K-12 FF&E opportunities.
• Own your designated geographical area and drive business growth.
• Attend bid openings and manage bid responses with regional teams.
• Lead product presentations and events to educate customers on Lakeshore services.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to tailor messaging for local markets.
