Job summary

Spring Education Group is seeking a Regional Director for the Sacramento region to lead K–12 schools, coach leaders, and drive academic quality, enrollment growth, and financial performance.

You will collaborate with operations, enrollment, marketing, and education partners to ensure schools meet performance goals and comply with SEG standards. The role requires travel and strong leadership across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of multi-site management in education or related field.
• Experience recruiting and hiring across multiple sites.
• Proven marketing and sales success.
• Strong financial acumen with profit and loss responsibility.
• Excellent communication and leadership in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a region of K–12 schools to influence academic quality, enrollment growth and operations.
• Coach school leaders and recruit and develop staff across sites.
• Manage regional P&L, budgets, receivables, and compliance with SEG standards.
• Drive enrollment plans, marketing programs and partnerships to build brand in Sacramento market.
• Visit each school quarterly and maintain strong parent and community relationships.
• Pursue professional development and participate in regional conferences and trainings.
