Job summary

Premier Community Supports, LLC. is seeking a Regional Director to lead CLS operations across Portland metro and surrounding counties. You will mentor County Managers, oversee onboarding, and drive service quality with strong regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will build partnerships with families, DSP teams, and community partners while expanding Premier's impact in the region through strategic initiatives and staff development.

Qualifications

• Ability to interpret policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with teams, partners, and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop County Managers and office teams through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee CLS operations across assigned counties, ensuring high-quality, person-centered services.
• Ensure compliance with OARs, Premier policies, SOPs, and applicable regulations.
• Coordinate county coverage, onboarding, and staff development; foster partnerships with community stakeholders.
