Job summary

EP!C is seeking a dedicated CLS Operations Manager to oversee Community Living Services (IDD) for individuals served. You will supervise Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals, ensuring high-quality residential services, regulatory compliance, and a positive work environment where both staff and individuals thrive.

This leadership role involves coordinating scheduling, payroll, and documentation while maintaining resources and strong partnerships with families, guardians, and community

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and staff development for Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals.
• Lead and supervise teams to foster a positive, accountable culture.
• Oversee multiple community-integrated homes and ensure safe, person-centered supports.
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, HIPAA, and agency policies.
• Promote relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and community partners.
• Ensure all abuse and neglect reports are filed as required.
• Handle administrative duties including scheduling, staffing, PTO, payroll, and records.
• Oversee medication administration documentation and program records.

CLS Operations Manager

Full-Time | Exempt | Community Living Services (CLS)

Shift: Flexible

Participation In On-call Rotation Required

As the CLS Operations Manager, you will:

• Leadership & Staff Development
• Lead, coach, and supervise Team Leads and Direct Support Professionals while building a positive, accountable, and engaged team culture
• Resolve employee concerns and provide ongoing support
• Oversee multiple community-integrated homes
• Ensure individuals receive safe, high-quality, person-centered supports
• Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing standards, HIPAA, and agency policies
• Promote positive relationships with individuals served, families, guardians, and community partners
• Ensure all abuse and neglect allegations are properly reported as a mandated reporter
• Administrative Responsibilities
• Manage scheduling and staffing & Track attendance, PTO, and payroll functions
• Ensure medication administration documentation is accurate
• Maintain program records and compliance documentation
• Manage assigned agency resources, vehicles, and facilities

Requirements

Required:

• Supervisory or management experience
• Valid Driver's License
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to lead multiple teams
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience managing employee performance
• Ability to work independently while supporting multiple locations

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in human services or related field
• Experience supporting individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD)
• Experience in Community Living Services or residential programming
• Knowledge of Illinois DHS/CILA regulations
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and compliance documentation
