Job summary

Premier Community Supports LLC is seeking a Regional Director to lead CLS operations in the Portland metro area, overseeing County Managers and frontline teams. The role drives quality, compliant services across multiple counties, while cultivating community partnerships and growth initiatives.

You will recruit and develop leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with families and agencies to expand impact. This is a hands-on leadership position in a mission-driven organization.

Qualifications

• Leadership, coaching, and team development experience.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of human services regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor County Managers and office teams.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train County Managers.
• Promote Premier's mission and culture while supporting employee engagement.
• Oversee daily CLS operations across counties to ensure quality services.
• Coordinate onboarding, DSP onboarding, and client matching.
• Monitor compliance with OARs, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
• Build relationships with Individuals, families, DSPs, and partner agencies.
• Drive program growth and expansion into new communities.
