Job summary

IMPACT INC in Portland, CT is seeking a Residential Manager to oversee daily operations of the community living arrangement (CLA). The role includes supervising staff, ensuring compliance with DDS and state/federal regulations, and developing systems and policies to maintain safety and quality of care.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of progressive DD/ID experience with supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in DD/ID with supervision.
• Experience with the Department of Developmental Disabilities preferred.
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Therap preferred.
• Strong leadership qualities and high energy.
• Flexible schedule; 24/12 on-call.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the CLA.
• Supervise staff and ensure health and safety.
• Develop and implement systems, procedures and policies.
• Ensure compliance with DDS and regulations.
