Job summary

Dungarvin seeks an accomplished Director of IDD Residential Services (Area Director) to oversee all residential programs across the region. You’ll provide leadership, strategic direction, and growth focus while ensuring high-quality person-centered services.

Responsibilities include budget management, staffing, licensing, and compliance, with collaboration across Area Managers and state teams to drive performance and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services.
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs.
• Knowledge of Medicaid/HCBS standards and CARF.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and new tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead Area Managers and Program Directors across residential programs.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and licensing.
• Drive budget oversight, staffing, and program performance.
• Foster growth opportunities and regional partnerships.
