Job summary

Dungarvin inc is seeking a Director of IDD Residential Services (Area Director) to oversee all residential programs in the region. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high-quality services for individuals with disabilities while supporting growth and new business opportunities.

This high-impact role includes budgeting, staffing, licensing, and policy development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field
• 5+ years in residential IDD/DD services
• 2+ years of leadership experience overseeing multiple programs
• Understanding of person-centered supports and HCBS/Medicaid standards
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support Area Managers and Program Directors across residential programs
• Build positive relationships with families and community partners to support growth
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements and HCBS standards
• Monitor budgets, staffing trends and program performance to support financial health
