Job summary

Dungarvin seeks an experienced Director of IDD Residential Services (Area Director) to lead all residential programs in the assigned region. You will provide leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to ensure high‑quality person‑centered services for individuals with disabilities while growing the portfolio and improving outcomes.

You will manage budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, policy development, and program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field required.
• 5+ years of experience in residential IDD/DD services.
• 2+ years of leadership overseeing multiple programs/sites.
• Understanding of Medicaid/CIH/HCBS Waiver and IDOH/CARF standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new technology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee residential programs and services across the region.
• Lead budgets, staffing, licensing, compliance, and policy development.
• Develop business opportunities and strategic growth for the region.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and state management to ensure quality and compliance.
