Job summary

Juno is hiring up to fourteen Regional Directors to own a territory across the United States. You will engage with financial aid offices, build trusted relationships, and help administrators understand Juno’s private student loan options.

Expect significant travel and campus engagement. Successful candidates will possess 3+ years in related roles, strong education-sector networks, and the ability to present to both administrators and students.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial aid administration, student lending sales, higher education partnerships, or closely related roles serving students.
• Strong relationships within financial aid/higher education required.
• Travel willingness and ability to manage a multi-campus territory.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory: manage all financial aid office relationships within it and drive outreach plans.
• Build relationships with administrators, promote Juno’s value, and secure listings as a resource.
• Attend conferences, host campus visits, and run webinars for institutions and students.
• Maintain up-to-date CRM records with contacts, touches, and next steps.
• Provide feedback on market needs to product and marketing teams.
