Job summary

Juno is seeking up to fourteen Regional Directors to own and grow a territory by engaging financial aid offices and related stakeholders across campuses. You will build strategic relationships, present Juno’s value, and drive adoption through webinars, campus visits, and events.

You will travel approximately 30% of the year, manage a plan and budget, and work independently while collaborating with product and marketing to relay campus needs and feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial aid administration, student lending sales, or higher education partnerships serving students.
• Strong relationships within financial aid/higher education sector is essential.
• Ability to travel and manage a territory with multiple institutions.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory: manage relationships with each financial aid office in the region.
• Build credibility by demonstrating Juno's value to administrators and students.
• Attend conferences, campus visits, and webinars to educate and engage stakeholders.
• Deliver institutional sessions and webinars with the standard deck.
• Maintain accurate CRM records with next steps and touchpoints.
• Provide feedback on market needs and competitive offerings.
