Job summary

Juno is hiring a field-based role in the U.S. to build relationships with student organizations and campus leaders across healthcare programs. You will coordinate vendor fairs, on-campus events, and virtual sessions to engage students early in the loan process.

You will travel regularly, focusing on relationship-building rather than selling, and become the trusted resource on graduate borrowing.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years in a relationship-driven role.
• Campus programs, student organizations, field marketing, events, or admissions experience.
• Experience with graduate programs is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Build school-level relationships with chapter presidents and student leaders.
• Book and run vendor fairs and lunch-and-learns on campus, plus virtual sessions.
• Attend district, regional and national student organization meetings.
• Recruit and train ambassadors, and support the ambassadors in your region.
• Conduct frequent talks with students, focusing on financial options.
• Respond quickly to opportunities; manage fast-paced follow-up.
• Become the trusted expert on graduate borrowing processes and options.
• Provide market feedback from schools to inform strategy.
