Job summary

Juno is seeking a Partnerships Coordinator to scale our graduate loans partnerships from campuses, student groups, prep programs and creators. You will own setup, manage deliverables, coordinate events, and work cross-functionally with marketing and design to ensure smooth launches and ongoing success.

Ideal candidates have 0–2+ years in operations or related roles, strong written communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple threads with precision.

Qualifications

• 0–2+ years in operations, coordination, project management or client-facing role.
• Strong written communication and the ability to manage multiple threads.
• Proactive with excellent follow-through and attention to detail.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, CRMs, and project trackers; AI is used in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Own partnership setup: onboarding, tracking links, assets, and deliverable calendars.
• Activate and manage existing partnerships, track deliverables and flag underperformance.
• Coordinate events end to end: webinars, campus events, conferences, logistics and follow-up.
• Serve as the glue with marketing and design to translate needs into requests.
• Maintain a clean system of record for partners, terms, deliverables and performance.
