Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Enterprise Infrastructure, or related leadership roles within the technology industry.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers within a Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales organization.
• Proven experience partnering directly with Enterprise Sales leadership to develop regional strategy, drive revenue growth, and execute against business objectives.
• Demonstrated success developing high-performing leaders through coaching, talent development, succession planning, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, AI, cyber resiliency, data management, storage, or adjacent technologies - required.
• Demonstrated ability to develop teams that effectively connect technical capabilities to customer business outcomes through consultative selling and executive engagement.
• Experience supporting strategic enterprise customers through complex, multi-product sales motions focused on customer retention, platform expansion, and new business acquisition.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence customers, partners, and senior internal stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional leadership skills within a matrixed organization.
• Willingness to travel as needed to support customers, partners, and regional field teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineering Managers supporting NetApp’s Enterprise Sales organization across the Midwest region.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to define regional strategy and drive execution for strategic accounts.
• Develop leaders who translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and executive-level conversations.
• Travel with Sales and Solutions Engineering leaders to support executive meetings and complex opportunities.
• Foster trusted relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders while strengthening NetApp’s advisory position.
• Partner with Channel and Alliance organizations to deepen partner engagement and accelerate customer success.
• Develop high-performing leaders through coaching, succession planning, and performance management.
• Serve as executive escalation point for complex opportunities and strategic initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute regional and corporate priorities.
• Drive forecasting discipline, account planning, and business reviews with accountability and collaboration.
