Job summary

NetApp is seeking a Director of Enterprise Solutions Engineering to lead our Midwest Sales Region. You will manage several SE Managers, shape regional go-to-market strategy, and drive growth across strategic accounts while translating technology into business value.

You will partner with Enterprise Sales leadership, develop leaders through coaching and succession planning, and travel as needed to engage executive customers and key partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering or related leadership roles.
• 5+ years of experience leading managers within a Solutions Engineering, pre-sales, or technical sales organization.
• Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, hybrid cloud, AI, cyber resiliency, data management, or adjacent technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Solutions Engineering Managers across the Midwest region.
• Partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to define regional strategy and drive revenue growth across strategic enterprise accounts.
• Develop leaders who translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes and executive conversations.
• Travel with Sales and Solutions Engineering leaders to support executive meetings and complex enterprise opportunities.
• Foster relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
