Pulumi is seeking a Regional Director of Enterprise Sales to lead the West U.S. and APAC Enterprise business, building a high-performing team and expanding strategic customer relationships.

You will drive a repeatable enterprise sales motion, convert open source users to enterprise customers, and win net-new logos through account-based selling, partnering with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise software sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years leading first-line enterprise sales teams and developing top performers.
• Proven success selling highly technical SaaS platforms to engineering orgs; strong technical aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional enterprise sales team for the West U.S. and APAC.
• Build a repeatable enterprise sales motion and drive net-new logos.
• Expand strategic customer relationships and drive expansion within existing accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success and Engineering.
