Job summary

Pulumi is seeking a Regional Director of Enterprise Sales to lead our West U.S. and APAC Enterprise business remotely from San Francisco, CA. You will build a high-performing team, expand strategic relationships, and win new enterprise accounts.

You’ll coach teams through complex cycles, engage CTOs and engineering leaders on business value, and drive a scalable, account-based selling motion in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Enterprise software sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years leading first-line Enterprise sales teams and developing top performers.
• Proven success selling highly technical SaaS platforms to engineering organizations.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional Enterprise sales team across West U.S. and APAC.
• Develop and execute a scalable enterprise sales motion.
• Expand strategic customer relationships and win new logos.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Engineering, and Customer Success to drive growth.
