LangChain seeks a Regional Director of Sales for the Americas to drive revenue growth, manage a team of enterprise Account Executives, and shape the go-to-market motion for a high-growth software category. You will own regional revenue targets, pipeline, forecast, and team performance while coaching buyers from startups to large enterprises.

Formación

• 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience.
• 2+ years leading quota‑carrying sales teams.
• Experience selling to enterprise customers.
• Ability to operate in a fast-moving growth environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own regional revenue targets, pipeline, forecast, and execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives.
• Partner with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Sales leadership to improve win rates.
• Drive disciplined territory planning, account strategy, and expansion motions.
• Stay engaged in executive alignment, deal strategy, negotiation, and closing.
