You will guide Power & Fuels, Renewables, Power Markets, and Utility Finance services, building a high-performance, collaborative team across multiple offices.

The role emphasizes leadership, talent development, and client-focused growth, with a compensation range of $230,000 to $400,000 annually and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field; 13+ years of relevant consulting experience.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and client-facing delivery.
• Experience developing and executing regional growth strategies.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Energy Advisory services in the Northeast.
• Develop and execute regional Energy Advisory strategy aligned with firm objectives.
• Lead talent development, staffing, performance reviews, and succession planning.
• Oversee staffing, workload balancing, and resource planning across engagements.
• Support client relationships, pursuits, and cross-line collaboration.
