Qualifications

• Strong analytical, financial, and data interpretation skills.
• Clear communication and presentation abilities to all levels of staff and clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for Energy Advisory services in the Southeast.
• Lead talent development, performance reviews, and staff engagement across the region.
• Oversee staffing, workload balance, and delivery quality across engagements.
• Support client relationships and pursuits, driving regional growth.
• Collaborate with leaders to align capabilities with market demand.
