The role focuses on strategic direction, staffing, and client impact, partnering with managing directors and business-line leaders to grow the practice and deliver outstanding results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field and 13 years relevant consulting experience.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret large data sets.
• Ability to uncover customer needs, develop recommendations and deliver them persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction, managerial leadership, and operational oversight for Energy Advisory services in the Southeast region.
• Develop and execute a regional Energy Advisory strategy aligned with firmwide objectives and business-line priorities.
• Lead staffing, talent development, and performance reviews across the team.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance culture and drive delivery excellence.
• Support client relationships and pursuits for Energy Advisory opportunities.
• Collaborate with adjacent lines to deliver integrated solutions and expanded client impact.
• Provide expert consulting and technical guidance across electric utility services.
