This senior leader will direct regional strategy, talent development, and operational oversight across Texas and the Southcentral U.S., emphasizing leadership and client impact over hands-on execution.

The role partners with managing directors to drive growth, ensure delivery excellence, and strengthen the energy advisory footprint while modeling the firm’s culture and values.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field; 13 years of relevant consulting experience.
• Master's degree, MBA preferred.
• Excellent business acumen with proven success managing consulting engagements.
• Strong analytical and financial concepts knowledge.
• Excellent oral and written communication and client-facing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic direction and operational oversight for Energy Advisory services in the Southeast region.
• Lead regional strategy development and alignment with firm priorities.
• Develop and retain high-performing consulting talent; manage staff evaluations and development.
• Oversee staffing, workload balancing, utilization, and delivery quality.
• Support client relationships and pursuit activities; collaborate with proposal teams.
