Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 13 years of consulting experience.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen with proven engagement management.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Set regional Energy Advisory strategy for Southeast region and align with firm objectives.
• Lead staffing, capability development, and performance reviews across the region.
• Collaborate with MDs and business lines to drive growth and client impact.
