This senior leadership role drives regional strategy, people leadership, and delivery excellence across Texas and the Southeast energy portfolio. You will partner with managing directors and client teams to grow engagements, oversee staffing, and advance scalable advisory solutions, while modeling the firm’s culture and tenacious problem solving.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field required.
13 years of relevant consulting experience required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Excellent business acumen and proven management of engagements.
Strong analytical and communication skills for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Provide regional strategic direction and leadership for Energy Advisory services.
Recruit, develop, and retain high‑performing consulting talent in the region.
Oversee staffing, workload balancing, and delivery quality across engagements.
Support client relationships and regional engagement strategy.
Collaborate with leaders to expand opportunities and cross‑sell across lines.
