Job summary

Christian Dior Couture seeks a Regional Director, Client Engagement to partner with the Regional VP in executing the client strategy across tiers. You will coach retail leadership and sales advisors, drive clienteling, and ensure brand standards while managing budgets and ROI targets.

The role focuses on client development, engagement, and top-tier growth, with leadership responsibilities across boutiques and events that elevate the Dior customer experience.

Qualifications

• 4 days/week in-store for leadership development and on-floor coaching.
• Ability to roadmap, follow-through and prioritize with multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop action plans to drive client growth across all tiers and ROIs.
• Coach leadership on outreach, appointments, and clienteling activities to achieve sales targets.
• Provide on-the-floor coaching to improve client discovery, journey management and follow-up.
• Guide CRM Ambassadors to drive daily business and clienteling behaviors across SAs.
• Structure planned business, identify target clients, and drive ROI-focused events.
